|Advocate Dreyer Welcomes New Orthopaedic Surgeon|
Aurora, Ill – Lee McFadden, M.D. has joined Advocate Dreyer as an Orthopaedic Surgeon and will see patients at the Highland and Rush-Copley Campus locations. Dr. McFadden received his medical education at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his Residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, HI. Dr. McFadden is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is Fellowship trained in Total Joint and Adult Reconstructive Surgery. He specializes in primary and revision total hip and total knee replacement.

Dreyer Medical Clinic is pleased to announce Laurie A. Fiorica, M.S., as the new Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Ms. Fiorica was the Vice President of Organizational Improvement at Dreyer.
Prior to joining Dreyer, Ms. Fiorica was a Sensei with Simpler Consulting for three years, applying Lean and six sigma in healthcare, military, and commercial industries. Her previous experience includes 15 years with Eastman Kodak Company serving in a variety of technical, manufacturing, and leadership roles.
Ms. Fiorica earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York College at Geneseo in 1991, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York in 1999. She also earned Six Sigma Blackbelt Practitioner Certification at Eastman Kodak Company in New York in 1999.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Fiorica will be responsible for patient care delivery across the enterprise, including primary care, specialty care, front office support functions, laboratory, radiology, and therapy.
