Ashwin Kumar, M.D., has joined the Department of Internal Medicine at Dreyer Medical Clinic, and is seeing patients 18 years of age and older at the Clinic’s West Aurora location.
Dr. Kumar received his medical degree from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois in 2007. He completed his residency with Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois in 2010. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Kumar’s special interests include asthma, allergic diseases, hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, sports medicine, skin disorders, and preventive care.
