Dreyer Physicians Recertified by Professional Boards

Navinchandra J. Dodhia, M.D., Nephrologist, has been recertified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Dodhia joined Dreyer Medical Clinic in 1992.
He has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 1988, and in Nephrology since 1990. He received his graduate degree from the University of Nairobi in Kenya, Africa, and completed his internship at Coast Province General Hospital also in Kenya. Dr. Dodhia completed his residency at Grant Hospital in Chicago, Illinois in 1988. He is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, and is available to see patients at the Clinic’s West Aurora location. Rosemary Espinoza, M.D., Obstetrician/Gynecologist, has been recertified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Espinoza joined Dreyer Medical Clinic in 2000, and has been board certified since 2003. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois in 1989, and her graduate degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois in 1996. Dr. Espinoza completed her internship and residency with the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago, Illinois in 2000. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Espinoza speaks fluent Spanish and is available to see patients at the Clinic’s Highland and Rush-Copley Campus locations. Joseph E. Lisac, M.D., Obstetrician/Gynecologist, has been recertified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Lisac joined Dreyer Medical Clinic in 1994, and has been board certified since 1996. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Illinois in Urbana, Illinois in 1986, and earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, Illinois in 1990. Dr. Lisac completed his internship and residency at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago Illinois in 1994. Steven Sapyta, M.D., Internist, has been recertified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Sapyta joined Dreyer in 1994 and has been board certified since 1990. He graduated from the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Sapyta received his graduate degree from the University of Health Sciences Chicago Medical School, North Chicago, Illinois in 1987. Dr. Sapyta completed his internship and residency with Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood Illinois, in 1990. In 2004 he was the recipient of the Dr. John W. Dreyer Award of Excellence. Dr. Sapyta is available to see patients at the Clinic’s West Aurora and Yorkville locations. |
