Dreyer Breaks Ground on New Batavia Facility

Dreyer's current Batavia location is accepting new patients. Dreyer Medical Clinic is pleased to announce they officially broke ground on their new Batavia site at 2500 West Fabyan Parkway on Thursday, November 5, 2009. The new one-story, 22,000-square-foot facility will be located on the southeast corner of Branson Drive and Fabyan Parkway, 1.8 miles west of their current location. Dreyer’s new Batavia facility is scheduled to open in August of 2010, and will offer dermatology, internal medicine, laboratory, obstetrics/gynecology, occupational health, pediatrics, physical/occupational therapy, and radiology. Additionally, Walk-In Care will be available to anyone seeking acute medical care. The new Dreyer site is being developed by MedProperties Group of Chicago. MedProperties is one of the fastest-growing health care real estate firms in the Midwest. The company’s services include acquiring, developing, and managing medical office buildings with health care systems, physician groups, and hospitals in the Midwest. Carlson Brothers Construction of Joliet, Illinois will be responsible for the property construction, while MedProperties will be in charge of property and construction management. |
