Dave Chua, M.D. , (cardiologist), has been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease.
Dr. Chua joined Dreyer Medical Clinic in 2008, and sees patients at the Clinic’s Highland location. He attended the University of Illinois in Chicago where he completed an undergraduate degree in 1993, and a Master of Science in Chemistry degree in 1996. Dr. Chua earned a medical degree from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois in 2000. He completed an internship in 2001 and a residency in internal medicine in 2003, both from Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Chua completed two fellowships – one in hypertension from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois in 2004, and one in cardiovascular medicine from the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2008. He has hospital affiliations with Provena Mercy Medical Center and Rush-Copley Medical Center. Dr. Chua’s special interests include hypertension, lipid management, heart failure, preventive cardiology, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. He is fluent in Mandarin and Filipino. Sandra L. Harris, M.D. , (obstetrician), has been recertified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Harris joined Dreyer Medical Clinic in 1992, and has been board certified since 1993. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1981, and completed a medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago in 1986. Dr. Harris completed an internship and a residency with the University of Illinois in Chicago in 1990. She has hospital privileges with Rush-Copley Medical Center. Dr. Harris sees patients at the Clinic’s Mercy Campus and Rush-Copley Campus locations. |
