Now you can request a routine appointment online with any of Dreyer's primary care physicians and selected specialists that use the centralized scheduling services of Dreyer OnCall.

To request an appointment online, you will be asked to fill out an online form and click "submit" when completed. Be sure to give us a daytime phone number where we can contact you. Do not use electronic communication for life-threatening matters.

A customer service representative from Dreyer OnCall will call you within two business days to schedule your appointment. (If you prefer, you may call Dreyer OnCall directly at 630-906-5000 to make an appointment with any of our primary care physicians and selected specialists.) Customer service representatives are available weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to noon.

If you would like to request and confirm appointments via electronic messaging, sign up for MyChart online.  MyChart is a free and secure internet-based service that allows you to request appointments, request prescription refills, view certain test results, and send messages to your doctor's office.  To learn more and to sign up, visit www.dreyermed.com/mychart.
