Sarah Bratt, A.P.N./C.N.P. , (pronounced brOTT), a certified nurse
practitioner, has joined the Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology at
Dreyer Medical Clinic and is seeing patients at the Clinic’s Mercy
Campus location.
Ms. Bratt received two undergraduate degrees – one from the University of Wisconsin in psychology and one from Northern Illinois University in nursing. She completed a graduate degree from Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois in 2007. She is a certified nurse practitioner and is a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatal Nurses. Her special interests include the adolescents, health education, contraception, and prepared childbirth. Ms. Bratt offers Saturday and evening hours.
Dave Chua, M.D. , (pronounced CHOO-ah), has joined the Department of Cardiology at Dreyer Medical Clinic and is seeing patients at the Clinic’s Mercy Campus location. Dr. Chua attended the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois where he completed an undergraduate degree in 1993, and a Master of Science in Chemistry degree in 1996. He earned a medical degree from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois in 2000. Dr. Chua completed an internship in 2001 and a residency in internal medicine in 2003, both from Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He completed two fellowships – one in hypertension from Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois in 2004, and one in cardiovascular medicine from the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2008. Dr. Chua is board certified in internal medicine and is board eligible in cardiology. He has hospital affiliations with Provena Mercy Medical Center and Rush-Copley Medical Center. His special interests include hypertension, heart failure, preventive cardiology, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Chua is fluent in Mandarin and Filipino.
