If you have an urgent need to reach a physician after 5:00 p.m., an afterhours answering service is available at 630-859-3248. The answering service will page the physician on call, who will return your call as soon as possible.
UnitedHealthcare Patients: If you call our answering service please remember to identify yourself as a UnitedHealthcare patient, which will help ensure you are treated by a physician who is contracted with your insurance.
