Dreyer Adds Internal Medicine Physician at West Aurora

Karen M. Burgner, M.D., joined the Department of Internal Medicine at
Dreyer Medical Clinic, and is seeing patients at the Clinic’s West
Aurora location.
Dr. Burgner received her undergraduate degree in 1999 from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Urbana, Illinois. She earned her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri in 2003, and completed a residency at Northwestern University, in Chicago, in 2006. Dr. Burgner is board certified in Internal Medicine. She has hospital affiliations with Provena Mercy and Rush-Copley and offers Saturday and evening hours. Her special interests include asthma, allergic diseases, hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, women’s health, and preventive care.
