Advocate Dreyer Creates Complex Pediatric Care Clinic

Under the guidance of physician Nisha Kakodkar, M.D., Advocate Dreyer is opening a Complex Pediatric Care Clinic at their Fox Valley Villages location. Dr. Kakodkar’s special interests include working with children who have chronic illnesses and developmental or behavioral challenges.

The Complex Pediatric Care Clinic provides a comprehensive medical home model with the inclusion of on-site walk in care, occupational therapy, speech therapy, lab, imaging, child & adolescent behavioral health sciences.

Fox Valley Women & Children’s Health Partners to Dreyer Medical Clinic.

We are committed to providing you with the same personalized care that you are accustomed to receiving from our group. As a part of Dreyer Medical Clinic, we are excited to offer our patients expanded access to primary care and specialty services in the greater Fox Valley area. In addition, we will remain on staff at Delnor Hospital with admitting privileges.

If you are pregnant, you can be assured that there will be no interruption in your care throughout your entire pregnancy, before, during, and after delivery. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office at 630-897-6044.

Most patients’ insurance plans are accepted here at Dreyer, so we look forward to continuing your care as a part of Dreyer Medical Clinic. See below for a special message to HMO patients. Locations: We will keep our same office locations and phone numbers.

HMO & Pediatrics: Dreyer accepts HMO patients in pediatrics, so this will open up access for our patients see our (or Dreyer’s) pediatricians.

Infertility Services: Dreyer refers patients to the same infertility group that we use, so patients using those services will not need to change providers.

Other Benefits: Dreyer offers convenient services for patients such as Walk-In Care at three locations, the MyChart online patient portal, and more.

IMPORTANT: If you are an HMO patient and you wish to stay with us, you will need to contact your insurance provider and change your site assignment to Dreyer (#099). Blue Cross Blue Shield members you can do this by calling 800-892-2803. For Humana members, you can call 800-558-4444.
