Are You Interested in Learning More About Becoming a Dreyer Provider?

A highly-qualified staff of in-house recruiters will go the extra mile to bring the most talented physicians and midlevel providers to Dreyer Medical Clinic. Upon receiving your CV, the recruiting committee will review qualifications from all interested candidates, as well as their potential long-term fit at Dreyer. We will be in contact with those candidates who we feel meet those qualifications and, at that point, will pre-schedule an in-depth phone interview to answer all of your questions, including identifying your ideal practice needs, taking into account your cultural, family, and personal interests.

Once a physician or midlevel provider signs with us, we work closely on the credentialing and licensing process. Dreyer provides mentors and ancillary staff to make the transition from training to practice, or from one practice situation to another as flawless as possible. What Our Physicians Say:

ollee "Since I joined Dreyer, all of my expectations have either been met or exceeded. I am constantly amazed at the very open level of communication between the Board members, administration, and the medical staff."
Sharon Ollée, M.D., Internal Medicine
Joined Dreyer in 2007
kelly"Dreyer is ideal for a subspecialist, with an excellent referral base and great collaboration between colleagues. While some groups struggle to adapt to technologic or social changes, Dreyer remains ahead of the pack. It is a sheer pleasure to work here."
Michael Radtke, M.D., Allergy
Joined Dreyer in 2008
kelly"Dreyer has the "best of both worlds" for a practicing physician. We are large enough to employ excellent leadership to handle the details of practice management, and small enough that physicians can play an active role in how the Clinic is run. We have excellent specialists in just about every field, all sharing the same electronic medical record. I know my colleagues well, and trust that they will provide excellent care for my patients."
Mark Peterson, M.D., Internal Medicine
Joined Dreyer in 2004
shah"I joined Dreyer because my husband and children had been going there for seven years prior to my joining the group and I trusted the Batavia team. I had been in private practice in the area for 10 years and I wanted to be part of a group of physicians rather than a group of businessmen. My passion is medicine and I believed that Dreyer would let me continue to practice to the best of my ability."
Reena Shah, D.O., Internal Medicine
Joined Dreyer in 2012

jagasia"I had previously trained in an excellent and modern institution under 20 different Otolaryngologists. To my pleasant surprise, Dreyer was technically far more advanced than any other medical practice I was aware of. The EMR system had been in use for several years at Dreyer, before most people even knew of its existence. Practices of billing, documentation, and prescriptions were also far more advanced. The administrative staff, as well as the physicians, take pride and make an effort to make sure that we stay at the cutting edge."
Ashok Jagasia, M.D., Ph.D., Otolaryngology
Joined Dreyer in 2004

eckberg "I am starting my 20th year here at the Clinic and was one of the first female physicians hired. I really love that everyone is part of a big team that are all willing to help each other and the patients. This is what I looked for when I came out of residency - getting along with my partners and helping each other. We truly have the patients' care as our priority."
Lorene Eckberg, M.D., Pediatrics
Joined Dreyer in 1988
