Dreyer Cancer Center Recognized by American Society of Clinical Oncology

Aurora, Ill – The Advocate Dreyer Cancer Center has received the distinction of being accredited by the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) Certification Program, an affiliate of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).  The QOPI Certification Program provides a three-year certification for outpatient hematology/oncology practices that meet the highest standards for quality cancer care.

Advocate Dreyer Invites Area Women to Annual Pink Party
Aurora, Ill – In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Advocate Dreyer will host their annual Pink Party event at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at the Hampton Inn & Suites, 2423 Bushwood Drive, Aurora. The event is free and open to all interested women who want to learn about breast health with clinical experts in a casual and social setting.  Speakers include Dr. Nancy Whereatt, breast surgeon; Sarah Bratt, breast health nurse practitioner; Nicolle Unger, occupational therapist; and guest speaker Dr. Jim Ferlmann, breast reconstructive specialist.
